Approach

Our approach to managing these services is based upon creating an experienced, customer focused management team and upon these proven management principles:

  • Contracts for vendor services will be consolidated wherever possible in order to take advantage of economies of scale and reduce costs of processing multiple orders and payments.
  • The Facility Manager will have "ownership" over the premises and he will be involved in any decisions affecting the site. The "ownership" includes high levels of responsibility and accountability.
  • Performance of contractors and employees will be measured and tracked for trends so that process improvements can be regularly implemented. Also, we recommend contractor's fees be partially determined by achieving specific performance targets.
  • By identifying the existing conditions and making an organizational review, Orion International can improve operating efficiencies, implement effective procedures, recommend optimal staffing/tasking and realize cost savings.
